AI support that starts from your trade.

Opening an account takes five minutes. Knowing what to put in it, in what order and who looks after it, is another matter. Four ways forward, from a simple conversation to building the whole thing.

The first conversation is freeA person, not a formYour bases stay yours

Four levels

From the first conversation
to your teams standing on their own.

They do not necessarily follow one another. We start where you are, and we stop when you no longer need us.

Level 1FreeAbout 30 minutes, by video

The first conversation

For you if you are still wondering whether Narratheque really answers what you need.

  • What content you already have, and where it is sleeping
  • Who would need to reach it, and what for
  • Your constraints — confidentiality, hosting, budget
  • No recited demonstration if your need lies elsewhere
You leave witha straight answer on feasibility, and the right level if one is needed. If it is not for you, we say so.

Setting up your chatbot

For you if you want an assistant on your site, working, without tying up your developer.

  • Installing and setting up the add-on on your site
  • Pulling in your pages and a first indexing
  • Setting the tone, the fallback answers and the limits
  • Testing on your real client questions before going live
You leave witha chatbot online and the list of questions your visitors actually ask — often the most useful surprise.

Building your knowledge bases

For you if your knowledge is scattered, sensitive, or both — and you do not know where to start.

  • Bound it — one subject, one scope, one base. Not “the whole Drive”
  • Settle it — between two versions, which one governs
  • Load it — the first corpus, and the check that it answers correctly
  • Protect it — anonymisation beforehand if your documents call for it
  • Hand it over — your teams take the reins, we step back
You leave witha base that answers correctly and with sources, a named owner, and teams standing on their own. The aim is that we become unnecessary.

Level 4For clients onlyLength depends on the subject

A meeting on one precise point

For you if you already use Narratheque and you are stuck on something, without wanting to open a whole project.

  • An import that will not go through, or an unexpected format
  • An agent to configure for a precise trade task
  • Choosing which model to allow on a sensitive base
  • Rights to share out across several departments
You leave withthe blockage cleared, or the steps written down if the subject needs work on our side.

Concrete support

AI support, from the first need to daily use across the team.

Frame

Define the task to make easier, the people concerned and the data that helps.

Get going

Build the base, configure the use and check the first results.

Hand over

Train the users and decide how the knowledge will be maintained.

The right person

AI support that fits
where you are starting from.

A web agency can take on your site’s chatbot. A business adviser can start from your procedures and how the work is organised.

Your usual supplier can also look at the partner programme. Describe the project to us and we will look at the support available and who is free.

You stay in control.

  • Your bases stay in your organisation’s space. The day the support ends, nothing moves.
  • The supplier’s access is limited to their engagement, for as long as you decide, and every access is logged.
  • The subscription and the services are identified on two separate lines. You can stop one without touching the other.
  • The territory does not change. Support moves no data.

Frequently asked questions

What you want to know.

Is support included in the subscription?

The first conversation is — it is free and commits you to nothing. Levels 2 and 3 are services invoiced separately, on two distinct lines. You can stop one without touching the other.

How much time should we allow?

The first conversation lasts about thirty minutes. For levels 2 and 3, the time depends on the volume and the sensitivity of your content: it is quoted during the meeting, before any commitment.

Do you access our documents?

Only if you authorise it, for as long as you decide, and on the bases you designate. Every access is traced in your space’s log. Many clients prefer to load the documents themselves while we guide them: that works perfectly well.

Can I work with my current agency or adviser?

Yes, and it is often the simplest route: they already know your trade. We train them and they work with you. They can also join the partner programme.

Can you guarantee an available partner?

We check availability at the time of the meeting, by sector and by region. If no partner is free soon, we say so straight away rather than keep you waiting.

What happens if we want to stop along the way?

You keep everything: the base, the documents loaded, the configuration. No engagement creates technical dependency — that is a design rule, not a sales promise.

Do our documents need tidying before we start?

No, and that is the surest way never to start. Five current documents beat a complete corpus waiting to be sorted. The scope widens afterwards.

We are a small outfit — is this for us?

Level 2 is aimed precisely at teams with no IT department. And the first conversation is there to tell you whether the investment makes sense in your case — including when the answer is no.
