Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time; the difference is prorated.
What are NrTok credits?
The unit of measure for AI processing (queries, ingestion, transcription). They roll over each month and can be topped up on demand.
Why no per-user pricing?
Because a knowledge base derives its value from its content, not from the number of people consulting it. Each plan includes a number of users (2 to 10 depending on the plan), and you add packs of 5 users at €15/month if needed — use the simulator above.
Where is my data stored?
On dedicated servers in Europe or Canada, your choice. It is never used to train public models.
I already have a Single-Base or Multi-Base subscription?
Your current price is preserved. You can migrate to the new plans whenever you like.
